In this case there are two possibilties:
- The mailbox has been eliminated for inactivity
If you see the registration page of a new mailbox and the orange message "The mailbox has been eliminated in date dd/mm/yyyy" it means that the mailbox existed, but has been automatically eliminated from the sistems, after 60 days of inactivity.
If do you remember the password you can register it again as a Free mailbox.
If you don't remember the password you can register it again making a PRO subscription. Discover the advantages.
- The mailbox doesn't exist or it never existed
If you see the registration page of a new mailbox it means that the mailbox doesn't exist.
You can register it in a few seconds typing all your data as required from the registration page.
- You've typing the username incorrectly
It's possible that you've typing wrong the name of your mailbox.
Try to re make the login paying attention to type the correct username and password.
